8:00 – 12:00 Sports Performance Instruction

  • Develop and enhance speed and quickness
  • Work on sprinting form and teach proper way to run
  • Play sport-oriented games and drills to simulate speed situations and
    focus on agility and polymetrics to improve athletic ability.

12:00 – 12:15 Prayer / Dismissal

Thursday, June 21

7:30 – 7:45 Drop Off

8:00 – 9:00 Stretch / Warm-Ups

9:00 – 9:10 Break

9:10 – 10:10 Games

10:10 – 10:20 Break / Snack

10:20 – 12:00 Games

12:00 – 2:00 Prayer / Cookout / Dismissal (Parents are welcome to attend)

Items to Bring to Camp:

Two pairs of shoes (grass cleats) Camera (disposable suggested) Proof of Medical Insurance
